Return conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage or signs of wear. If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Return shipping costs: All returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee, no reset fee, and no other charge. For defective items or our shipping errors, we cover all return costs. For customer remorse (you changed your mind), we still provide a free return label as a courtesy.
How to return an item:
- Email info@silverjeansmall.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
- Drop the package off with the carrier indicated on the label.
- Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
